Luke helps business owners and executives structure their finances in a tax-efficient way that supports their long-term wealth.

As a busy professional with a young family, he understands how hard it can be to stay on top of everything, and takes great joy in helping others find clarity and momentum in their financial lives.

He builds bespoke, tailored plans for Collective’s clients, helping them achieve what matters most, from retirement planning to school fees and wider wealth strategies. His focus is always on making things simpler, more efficient, and aligned with his clients’ futures.

Off the clock

Outside work, Luke spends as much time as possible with his two sons and his wife. He is passionate about fitness and enjoys rugby, cycling, and football, despite being a long-suffering QPR supporter.

My proudest moment as a financial planner was:

Educating clients, getting them to that light bulb moment, and the great feeling that comes when they see how we’ve helped them. I am also very proud to have achieved the highest level of qualification our industry offers with the CFP designations and the CISI level 7 Diploma.

The three things I love most about my job are:

My clients, helping people make the financially unclear, clear, and creating complex lifetime financial plans with simple, easy to understand outputs.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?

My Grandad.

If you could master any skill instantly, what would it be?

Any form of DIY; I’m useless at it!

What’s a destination still on your bucket list?

New Zealand, but I’m not sure I’m brave enough to take young children on a flight that long.

What’s a film or TV series you never get tired of watching?

The Simpsons.

What’s a fun fact about you that surprises people?

I make a fantastic chocolate cake.
