Yes. We provide calm, supportive guidance during difficult times, helping you make clear, unpressured decisions when you’re ready.
Do you specialise in working with business owners, retirees, or professionals?
Yes. While we work with a wide range of people, we have extensive experience supporting business owners, professionals, and retirees.
Can you help if I already have existing investments or pensions elsewhere?
Yes. We can review your existing arrangements, explain how they’re working, and help you decide whether any changes would better support your goals.
Is there a minimum amount of investable assets or income I need to become a client?
No. We don’t have a minimum investment or income requirement.
Can you help me manage my assets in other countries?
No. We can only provide advice on UK-based assets and while you are on UK soil.
Can you advise on my UK State Pension?
Yes. We can help you understand your State Pension forecast, identify any missing years, explore top-up options, and assess the impact of deferring your State Pension.
What happens if something goes wrong or I have a complaint?
We hope this never happens, but if you do have a concern, we encourage you to raise it with us first so we can put things right. You can also contact the Complaints Management Team at The Openwork Partnership, who will handle your complaint in line with their formal procedures.

Are you insured to give financial advice?
Yes. We hold professional indemnity insurance to provide financial advice.
How do you measure client satisfaction?
We encourage clients to share feedback through reviews on VouchedFor and Google. We also plan to introduce client surveys to help us continually improve our service.
Have you won any awards or accreditations?
We are not currently award-winning, as our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality advice and long-term relationships rather than pursuing accolades.
